Fire Inspections

The Williamson County Emergency Services District #2 and the Sam Bass Fire Dept has adopted a set of Fire Prevention Codes the International Fire Code 2009.

As allowed by Chapter 775.036 of the Texas Health and Safety code, amended by the 76th Legislative session 1999, effective September 1, 1999. Williamson County Emergency Services District #2 adopted the 2009 edition of the International Fire Code. The 2009 International Fire Code will be enforced in all commercial and multi-family structures within the Williamson County Emergency Services District #2. The Sam Bass Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. has been granted full authority to enforce said codes within Williamson County Emergency Services District #2.
