Fire Inspections

The Williamson County Emergency Services District #2 has adopted a set of fire prevention and building codes.

As allowed by Chapter 775.036 of the Texas Health and Safety code, amended by the 76th Legislative session 1999, effective September 1, 1999. Williamson County Emergency Services District #2 adopted the International 2000 code. The International 2000 will be enforced in all commercial and multi-family structures within the Williamson County Emergency Services District #2. The Sam Bass Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. has been granted full authority to enforce said codes within Williamson County Emergency Services District #2.
